When Zailab launched their contact center solution in the United States, they didn’t go the traditional route of polished ads and product brochures. Instead, they hit the road—literally—with the ZaiTruck, an incredible, in-house-designed expedition vehicle that became the centerpiece of a unique guerilla marketing campaign.
The series “The US Roadshow: Journey to Rewarding Conversations” followed CEO Nour Addine Ayyoub, VP Michael Cibelli, Chief Sales Officer Fokion Natsis, and Head of Design Roelf Mulder as they embarked on an epic road trip across the U.S., covering the East Coast, South, and West Coast.
